If, on receipt of your Silly Billyz item, you are not completely satisfied with our product for some reason other than just changing your mind, please return this within 7 days in original condition and packaging for a full refund (less all shipping and handling charges). IMPORTANT:  This Guarantee for refund does not apply if you have simply changed your mind - as per the standard terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act.  And only applies to purchases made within New Zealand.

All prices on this site do not include delivery fees.

Standard postage within New Zealand is with New Zealand Post at a flat rate of $5.50 nationwide per parcel/delivery. This includes Rural Deliveries.

PLEASE NOTE: LARGER ITEMS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES AND UNLESS SPECIFIED - DO NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY.

Shipping - International
We aim to deliver your order within 15-20 working days.
