Apricot and Coconut Balls

Makes about 35

Ingredients
1 cup plain biscuits (eg Arrowroot), crushed
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
500g dried apricots, roughly chopped
rind of 1 orange, finely grated
dessicated coconut

Method
1. Combined all ingredients in a bowl except for coconut. Mix well until combined.

2. Roll spoonfuls of mixture into balls.

4. Coat in coconut and place on tray or plate.

5. Refridgerate for about 2 hours.

These also make great little gifts at Christmas or Easter.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
