French Toast Soldiers

Ingredients
2 slices of bread
1 egg
splash of milk
pinch of Cinnamon
1tbs Castor sugar

Method
1. Combine the egg and milk in a bowl.

2. Heat a fry pan with a little butter.

3. Soak the bread in egg mixture and fry in pan. Turning over until golden brown.

4. Cut the French Toast into thirds to make soldiers.

5. In small bowl, combine cinnamon and castor sugar and stir. Sprinkle over French Toast Soldiers and serve.

Notes:
These are great hot or cold.
You can use left over crusts from sandwiches instead of bread slices. Keep the crusts in a zip-lock bag in the fridge or freezer.
