Bath Time Fun
While some children love being in water and splashing in the tub, some absolutely hate it and will scream the entire time!So here are some ideas to help make bath time fun.
As always, never leave your child unattended during bath time.
Bubbles Galore
Distracting baby with blowing bubbles is a great way to help settle them. Use baby-friendly bubble bath and a bubble blower. They’ll love to watch and try to touch the bubbles in the bath and the bubbles floating around them.
Bath-time Friends
Keep special toys just for the bath so they can sit and play. Perhaps bring into the bathroom one of their favourites. It will help them feel secure. Items as simple as a plastic cup or face washer can provide interesting toys for bath time playing.
Fantastic Floating
Lay baby on their back with her body straight.
Support her body with your hands and arms as she floats. Sing and speak to her from above, making sure she can always see you.
